Crash Landing On You

Moving on to a romance that will really warm your hearts this Christmas. This series centers on the story of a South Korean heiress, Yoon Se-ri (Son Ye-jin), who crash lands in North Korea while paragliding. From there, she meets a high-ranking North Korean officer, Captain Ri Jeong-hyeok (Hyun Bin). Despite their differences, these star-crossed lovers eventually share their emotions and fall for each other.

Fun fact: Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin are married in real life and recently welcomed their first child this December.

While You Were Sleeping

This legal drama fantasy is a combination of romance and thriller. It focuses on the lives and experiences of three young adults: a prosecutor (Lee Jong-suk), a field reporter (Bae Suzy), and a policeman (Jung Hae-in). All of them can foresee future events through their interrelated dreams. Significant episodes occurred during snowfall which makes it a holiday must-watch.

Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo

This K-Drama is a coming-of-age story about college athletes who are pursuing their goals while discovering love and maturity along the way. As a result, it follows the relationship between a weightlifter (Lee Sung-kyung) and a swimmer (Nam Joo-hyuk). Their chemistry will warm and sweeten your hearts.
