Grammy award-winning R&B group Boyz II Men is confirmed to perform together with Rapper Flo Rida on January 30 at the Mall Of Asia Arena. Here, reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach will crown the next Miss Universe. TV host Steve Harvey will host the upcoming coronation night with Ashley Graham as backstage correspondent.Venus Raj and social media personality Bretman Rock will serve as hosts for the red carpet special. Boyz II Men To Perform at the Miss Universe Grand Coronation Night The Miss Universe Organization couldn’t have gotten a better group to perform during the grand coronation night. They confirmed Boyz II Men’s performance through their website just hours ago.The announcement was also released through the Miss Universe official Instagram account. The post had the photo of the R&B group and was captioned with “NEWS: Grammy Award-winning, iconic R&B group Boyz II Men will perform at Miss Universe. Boyz II Men also posted the same photo expressing how excited they are. The caption says “Excited to announce we will be performing at Miss Universe.” The group is well known for hit love songs like “On Bended Knee,” “I’ll Make Love To You” and a duet with Mariah Carey on “One Sweet Day.” These are just a few of many more love songs that hit the airwaves in many years. In 1995, the group won two Grammy Awards, Best R&B Album and Best R&B Performance for “I’ll Make Love To You.” In 2009 their album “Motown” peaked at number 6 on the US R&B chart and was certified Gold in the UK. Boyz II Men also received two nominations during the 51st Annual Grammy Awards in 2009 for Best R&B Album and Best R&B Performance for “Motown.” The last time the well known R&B group performed in the Philippines was during their concert “Collide” in 2014. Boyz II Men’s performance at the Miss Universe Grand Coronation night on January 30 will be the next since then. Excited to announce we will be performing at @missuniverse!
