He organizes a prom night for Andeng (Bea Alonzo), who missed their high school prom night due to chicken pox. In front of her family and friends, Totoy proclaims to Andeng, “Mahal kita.” Andeng looks like she has no idea what to say. Totoy helps her out by saying, “Kahit ano’ng tanggi mo eh s’ya ang nand’yan (sa puso mo).” To this, Andeng exclaims, “Oo, mahal ko s’ya! Mahal ko si Sir Anton.” At this point, while fans are reaching out for some Kleenex, another commercial break is launched. This is one of the heaviest scenes in the teleserye. Andeng, despite sympathizing with Grace (Iza Calzado), finally admits to Totoy — and herself — that she loves Anton. After the commercial, Andeng continues with her tearful apology. “Ngayon ko lang naamin sa sarili ko,” Andeng says. As every gentleman with remarkable EQ would do, Totoy offers his arms for a comforting embrace. While his heart is crushing. Moments later, they get to talk some more. Heart to heart. He also tells her how impressed he is by how Anton responded to his insecurities and act of jealousy. Meanwhile, Chloe (Julia Barretto) and Tupe (Ronnie Alonte) talk about Chloe’s struggle. She tells him he should lecture her about forgiveness. He says he would give his advice if she would ask for it. This happens as Tupe is wearing Lucas’ (JK Labajo) suit, as dress rehearsal for Chloe’s debut. Unbeknownst to Chloe, their little sister Kitty has overheard her and Lucas, as they talked about their mother. In this episode, too, Chloe asks Anton if he would allow her to go see her mom. Anton says it is up to her, and then he talks about letting time take its course when one needs to heal. Shippers know that Anton is hurting, too, because he is in fact, trying to let go of Andeng.
