In A Love To Last March 6, Anton gets Tom’s (Bernard Palanca) help to set up a grand romantic date that Andeng (Bea Alonzo) deserves. Clueless about Anton’s plan, Andeng tells Tracy (Matet De Leon) to stop assuming that Anton has plans to court her again. (UPDATE: Here’s what happened next in ALTL March 7.)
At work, Mimi (Melanie Marquez) returns from her trip to Paris, where she says her English is fluent. She gives Andeng a lovely pair of earrings, which is supposed to bring luck. At school, Chloe (Julia Barretto) reminisces about her friendship with Tupe (Ronnie Alonte).
A Love To Last March 6: Destiny Sends Message
“‘Wag mo na ‘ko isipin. Hindi lovelife ko nakasalalay dito,” Tracy tells Andeng. “Galingan mo, ha,” she adds. She says this after her car died on the way to Lorena’s Garden, where Anton is waiting for Andeng. She tells her BFF to take a jeep and just let her take care of the car situation. The car glitch is only one of the things that could have stopped Andeng from seeing Anton. Mimi wanted to go with her, but Andeng finds a way to convince Mimi that she should go see Anton alone — for the tech fair. Then, it rained. Road traffic could go crazy in bad weather, but good for Andeng, the traffic was not so bad.
Earlier in ALTL March 6 episode, Andeng makes a whole speech about false hopes. She says people tend to create their own realities even when destiny itself is showing signs that it is wrong to keep hoping for things to go their way.
At the Noble home, Chloe looks into a box of photos. She finds a picture of her mom Grace (Iza Calzado). She wonders what her mom would tell her now that she is falling for Tupe.
Andeng, Anton In ALTL Bad Timing And Challenges
Meanwhile, in Batangas, Sonia (Glenda Garcia) shows up in front of Baby’s (Irma Adlawan) home. The family members are revolted. Mameng (Perla Bautista) got very much upset. Baby starts welling up. Sonia holds eye contact for a while, but does not get off her car. She decides to leave.
In another hurdle, Andrea appears to have boarded the wrong jeep. Anton and Tom are eagerly waiting for her, not knowing the challenges she’s had to overcome. Upon getting off the wrong PUJ, Andeng makes a quick prayer. While her eyes are still closed, a taxi pulls over.
The ultimate hurdle in the ALTL March 6 happens near the end of the episode. Mameng appears to be in bad shape. The family was preparing dinner when they realized Mameng was not leaving her room. In panic, Baby calls her daughter right away. Then, Andeng immediately makes a decision to head to Batangas instead.
Back at Lorena’s Garden, it has become clear that Andeng could not make it. Anton wants to help, but Andeng insists she’d take the bus alone. Heartbroken and worried at the same time, Anton could only look around at what would have been the venue of his romantic (re)confession of love. The viewers marvel at the wonderful set-up that Tom has prepared.
At the end of the episode, Anton tells his bros, “This feeling, this love I have for her, it deserves the right time.”
In the next episode, the wait for the right time continues. Tracy and Bea talk about their trip to Baguio.
