Alden Richards turned 26 on January 2. Fans share their birthday wishes and greetings for their pambansang bae on Twitter sharing some of their art, collages, cakes, and more. Meanwhile, Maine Mendoza is back after a long leave on GMA’s noontime show Eat Bulaga. She also celebrates her birthday soon and turns 23 on March 3.

Richard Reyes Faulkerson Jr, popularly known as Alden Richards is a Filipino actor, host, model, and recording artist. He is best known as the other half of Maine Mendoza or Yaya Dub on the power loveteam AlDub. Together, they’ve managed to take social media by storm since 2015 and have been one of the most sought-after loveteams around the world.

Alden Richards turned 26 on January 2 and AlDub nation is celebrating with him. #AldenRichardsat26 went trending on Twitter with fans sharing birthday greetings with fan made art, cakes, and more. Alden is set to meet fans on January 6, 6 pm at the Spaceport in Enchanted Kingdom.

One fan made a pencil sketch of Alden with a message saying they couldn’t ask for a better person to support. The sketch had hundreds of likes and retweets after posting early in the morning. Another fan made what seemed to be a paper mosaic model of Alden in a superhero uniform. The fan labeled the model “Iron Bae.” Others made a collage of Alden’s photos while others posted pictures of cakes with his name on it. See tweets below.

Meanwhile, Maine Mendoza is back after weeks of absence in GMA’s noontime show, Eat Bulaga. “Welcomeback Maine” went trending on Twitter showing photos of Maine back on set. In November, Maine wrote an open letter about what she really felt about her life and how she Alden were just friends contrary to what other people believe. She took time off since then, spent the holidays abroad and is now back to work.
