The sequel of “Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds” is facing its own hell after having to replace two of its cast members. Following Oh Dal Su, Choi Il Hwa has also come forward to admit guilt of committing sexual harassment towards a colleague years ago.
This old colleague came to the light after Choi’s confession. In an interview with The Korea Herald reported by Soompi, the actress expressed her anger at how Choi downplayed the incident into simple sexual harassment.
She said that before he attacked her, he berated her acting skills first. And, the incident wasn’t the last time. Choi tried to take her somewhere a few days after the first incident. This time, the actress screamed but Choi punched her in the face rendering her unconscious.
The actress admitted that she couldn’t come forward before because she was afraid. The assault happened at the time when sexual assault victims were made to be the one at fault. For a long time, the actress had to pretend nothing happened.
