ASAP’s April 9 episode overflowed with entertaining production numbers by ASAP regulars and their special guests. Phenomenal loveteam Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo graced the show once again. Primetime leading lady Maja Salvador is back at what she does best on the dance floor.
Sarah Geronimo showed off her versatility as a performer as always, with a special duet with Erik Santos and a hot song and dance number to Katy Perry’s Chained To The Rhythm with ASAP BFF5 teens.
The Crowd Can’t Help Falling In Love with KathNiel
One of the show’s highlights was the uber sweet duet of popular loveteam Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. The pair appeared on the stage set up like a campsite. When they started singing the theme song of the movie Can’t Help Falling In Love, this sent chills and thrills to the live audience.
Almost each moment of the performance was marked with screams from fans, showing that the loveteam still commands a huge following. The pair will once again grace the big screen when their movie opens on April 15.
Maja Salvador Back On the Dance Floor
As for primetime leading lady Maja Salvador, she is back to doing what she does best – dancing. In this episode, she had not just one, but two dance numbers.
Her solo number featured her showing off her moves in her version of the Mobe Dance Challenge. The dance was originally popularized by Enrique Gil.
Later on, she is joined by Elmo Magalona and Enchong Dee in an extra special and sizzling dance number. This time, Maja gives her all to the tune of Lady Gaga’s Million Reasons, while Enchong and Elmo give equally amazing performances as well.
Sarah Geronimo – Versatile As Always
As a testament to her versatility, ASAP regular Sarah Geronimo takes to the stage in two performances. Her first performance was a duet with Erik Santos, of the song Pangarap Na Bituin. This was part of the segment L.S.S.
She then shared the stage with young stars, the ASAP BFF5. Sarah sang Katy Perry’s Chained To The Rhythm with her signature dance moves, followed by the teens showing how they groove to the song.
