The Panagbenga parades are set to own the streets this weekend and not everybody’s eager to join the stars parade down Session. It just means more Baguio traffic. The year-long commuter torture is only coming to a climax, but the end of it is farther than the horizon. Baguio city has enough problems to deal with.
