Watch ‘Beauty and the Beast’ Final Trailer The final “Beauty and the Beast” trailer was released via social media on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube as well. Posted just hours ago, the trailer already had almost 10M views on Facebook and 17,000 likes on Twitter. The trailer debuted on Monday during the episode of “The Bachelor” on ABC. It opened with Belle reading books while her father Maurice (Kevin Kline) says “My dear Belle, you are so ahead of your time. This is a small village. And it’s small-minded as well. But small also means safe.” Towards the middle of her father’s words, Gascon makes an appearance and says, “You are the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Nobody deserves you.” After her father’s words, it is at this time where things turned dark. Belle’s father was riding a horse and suddenly he fell to the ground and this is where the Beast found him. Belle then looks for her father and ends up in the Beast’s castle. She says, “I’ve come for my father” and speaks to the Beast who was hiding in the dark. Belle then says, “Come into the light.” This is where the Beast makes his first appearance on the trailer. Maurice was indeed in the castle and Belle says she will get free his father from the Beast. Her adventure continues in the castle as Lumiere, Mrs. Potts and Cogsworth make her stay a bit more interesting. These three characters tell Belle about the red rose she found in the castle. The Beast gets angry because Belle found out about his dark past. Belle then flees away from the Beast and went into a chase until the Beast finally passes out in the snow. Things turned a bit lighter as the trailer shows how their romance starts. This is also the part where the iconic soundtrack was played. The clips following showed Belle in her signature yellow gown and other magical scenes fans have to look out for. Emma Watsons Singing Voice On ‘Beauty And the Beast’ Emma Thompson is widely known and was made popular as Hermione in the Harry Potter franchise. In all those years, fans have never heard her carry a tune except for a few notes in “Noah” in 2014. Billboard says there are two songs in the film that Emma Watson fans have to look out for. Emma will be providing her own vocals in Belle’s singing parts like the song “Belle” and “Something There.” “Beauty and the Beast” hits US theaters on March 17 and Philippine theaters on March 15.
