Big Bang’s T.O.P releases a handwritten apology after he tested positive for marijuana. The K-Pop star, also known as Choi Seung Hyun, went through a hair test with the Seoul Drug Criminal Investigation Department. This was done after the star was reportedly smoking the illegal drug.
