Local concert promoter MMI Live announced the exciting news via Twitter and Facebook yesterday. MMI Live posted a teaser video showing video clips of the singer during his 24K Magic Tour. The announcement comes two days after the concert promoter tweeted a black and gold photo with the text XXIVK. According to the Inquirer, MMI Live confirmed that Bruno Mars was indeed coming to the Philippines next year. Bruno Mars 24K Magic Tour: How To Get Tickets With the concert venue in the massive SM Mall of Asia Arena. only SM Tickets will be the sole ticket distributor. Tickets can be bought over the counter or online via SMTickets.com. According to MMI Live’s teaser video, tickets will go on sale starting September 7, 2017. Details about ticket prices have not been released. The announcements via social media has gotten a lot of attention since posting. The Facebook post has been shared over 1,000 times, while the teaser video has been viewed over 36,000 times. On Twitter, the teaser post with the 24K logo was retweeted over 1,000 times. Fans And Netizens Excited Most of the fans who reacted to the news were thankful that the announcement was made much earlier. One netizen on Facebook said, “Thank you for giving us time para makaipon (to save up).” With a long 10 months to go until the concert, fans do have time to start saving up to see Bruno Mars and the Hooligans in action. Bruno Mars, aside from being a very popular performer and singer, has roots in the Philippines. His father, a Puerto Rican, married his mother, Bernadette San Pedro Bayot in Hawaii, where Bruno and his siblings grew up.
