Bruno Mars Is Back With Funky New Song ’24K Magic’

Grammy-winning singer Bruno Mars is back. He has released the title single of his upcoming album “24K Magic” a funky song, reminiscent of his 2015 “Uptown Funk” hit. The song also came with a glitzy new music video.

The song, as the title implies, is about the “glitz and glamour” that come with being famous. It mixes a funky disco vibe with some light rapping, close to the hit combination that he did in “Uptown Funk.”

The music video also shows what that kind of life may look like. It starts off with the heavily-blinged Mars and his crew landing in a private airstrip in Las Vegas. Then the party starts, complete with nice cars, dancing girls and because, it’s Vegas, casino shots. Mars and his crew also showed off some new dance moves that will go with the song’s chorus.

The catchy new tune is the title track of Mars’ upcoming album, officially titled XXIVk Magic. The album won’t be out until November 18, but the newly released single can be bought on iTunes.

This is only the artist’s third album, following his 2012 hit album “Unorthodox Jukebox.” According to Rolling Stone, the artist busied himself with collaborations such as “Uptown Funk” with Mark Ronson and “All I Ask” which was part of Adele’s 25 Album.

On Monday, October 3, Bruno Mars could not contain his excitement about the single and posted on Instagram that this was more than just a release of a single, but an “invitation to the party.”
