She posted her reaction to the story recently published on an online trending news site. It talks about her supposed love story with a Marine who went into battle. The story is reportedly based on the reporter’s earlier Instagram post, where she talks about her encounter with Marine Tsg Tap Dinglasan. Chiara Zambrano Asks “What In The World Is This?” Zambrano could not hide her shock at the story. In her Facebook post, she immediately sets the record straight – there is no such love story between her and the soldier. She then sets out to explain the original intent of her Instagram post. She describes her story as that of a soldier who in the face of war, still manages to keep things light. Her exchange with Tap also, she says, was intended as a joke. And she was happy to see how their exchange was able to give the soldiers something to smile about. As she waved goodbye to them, they were indeed smiling as if they were not in the middle of a battle. In her post, she also advised the writers of the supposed love story to stop twisting things in “malicious ways.” Zambrano also reminds them that Tsg Dinglasan has a family who is grieving his death. And sharing stories like these is not helping them in any way. Dinglasan As Only Casualty In Mapandi Bridge Siege As it turns out, Dinglasan was part of the group of Marines who took control of Mapandi Bridge from the Maute rebels. He was also unfortunately the only casualty during that said siege. Zambrano on the other hand continues to cover the situation in Marawi City as the military tries to regain control over the city, and rescue innocent civilians caught in the crossfire.
