CNN reports Sr. Insp. Pidencio Saballo Jr. said Blakdyak’s son found his body past 6 p.m. His son said Blakdyak entered his room at around 2:30 a.m. He wondered why he hasn’t left the room since then. Police reports says Blakdyak’s son tried to check on his father. The lights were out and the door was locked. He used a flashlight to peer through the window and found his father shirtless, with his head wrapped in a white plastic bag.
Report says Esteban Rubiado, the apartment’s security guard saw that Formaran wasn’t his usual self or in a paranoid state the night before. Rubiado said that intruders are out of the question since all guests are required to log in.
