Dayanara Torres Hurt Over Break-up With Aga Muhlach, Rumored Piolo Pascual Team-up

Dayanara Torres is back in the Philippines and is set to join ASAP on Sunday. She hasn’t officially started and she’s already making headlines. Miss Universe 1993 opens up about her break-up with then boyfriend Aga Muhlach and ex-husband Marc Anthony.

In an interview with Karen Davila on ANC Headstart, the beauty queen talked about her relationship with ex-boyfriend Aga Muhlach. They were together for four or five years when she was around nineteen years old. When Karen asked is it was a bad break-up, Dayanara said “It wasn’t a terrible breakup, but I do remember being hurt and wanting to go, wanting to pack my stuff, but you know it was the way it was supposed to be.”

Dayanara and Aga haven’t been in touch since the break-up and both have moved on with their lives as revealed by the Puerto Rican beauty queen. She said that they will always have great memories.

Dayanara Torres In Good Terms With Marc Anthony

Dayanara was then married to American singer Marc Anthony in 2000 but divorced in 2004. After Dayanara’s divorce with the singer, Dayanara co-wrote a book with her sister about her experience through the book “Married To Me: How Committing to Myself Led to Triumph after Divorce.” This was a self help for people who were undergoing divorce or any traumatic events in their life.

Karen acknowledged how emotional she was when Dayanara talked about the book since everything was based on her own personal experiences and how Torres wanted to help other people.

Karen then asked if she and Marc Anthony are in good terms or if she has forgiven the singer. Dayanara answered “Absolutely. It’s been twelve years since we’ve been divorced.

There are rumors spreading about a possible movie team-up of Dayanara Torres and Piolo Pascual. The beauty queen hasn’t done a movie in years and if it true, this next movie will be the first in eighteen years.

Dayanara Torres has recently signed with Manila Genesis and is set to join Kapamilya stars and hosts on ASAP on Feb. 5. Torres is also scheduled to make an appearance on ABS-CBN’s “It’s  Showtime” on Monday, Feb. 6.
