On Monday, May 7, Santos posted on Facebook her sentiments after Adarna identified and accused her daughter of being a paparazzi in a series of Instagram posts. In the Facebook post, she wrote how deeply hurt they are by the ‘unneeded stress and unwanted attention’ Adarna caused after the actress’ posts, without any consent from them. She went on and said that their family privately messaged her but got no response. The post ends with a statement giving Adarna an ultimatum as they already mull legal assistance for the matter. ‘My lawyer indicates that you will have five days to reply to this letter. Should you fail or refuse to do so, we will not hesitate to take the appropriate legal actions necessary under the circumstances, to protect and uphold the best interest and welfare of our 17-year-old, Eleila A. Santos,’ Myra Santos wrote. Netizens, still waiting for a public apology People on the internet are still waiting for Ellen Adarna’s response and apology thus the recent post of the actress seemed to be translated to be about the issue. However, Adarna still hasn’t issued an official statement about the ultimatum neither an apology to her ‘paparazzo.’ On Twitter where Eleila Santos who goes by the username @eleiluh first shared her side, netizens are still waiting and demanding for Adarna’s apology. Here are some of the tweets. I am loving how classy the mother of Eleila Santos is handling the whole Ellen Adarna issue. 5 days to issue a public apology or else gg na si Ellen Adarna. Look what you made her do. — KYLIE (@kysterzj) May 7, 2018 Lowkey waiting for Ellen Adarna’s public apology — fair (@FairieM) May 8, 2018 Ellen Adarna should make a public apology to you @Eleiluh coz as far as I know she is a public figure. Like the other artist, she should be aware of it coz she’s an artist. What Ellen did only proves that the pregnancy rumor is so true. 😉 — margaux_1196 (@margaux_1196) May 5, 2018 Though a public apology is needed, it would be interesting to let the Ellen Adarna issue go to court. It can be a landmark case that will warn those douchebags who use the social media platform to shame/bully other people. — Ahmad Tanji (@ahmadtanji) May 9, 2018 good morning ang tagal naman ng public apology ni ellen adarna 🙄 — N (@doughnams) May 10, 2018 So we were casually eating ramen and this happens…We didnt notice her or even knew it was her 😕 I just wanted to story our food pic.twitter.com/yzSNogsKoA — Eleila (@Eleiluh) May 4, 2018 http:// Facebook Comments
