Eminem Ditches Blonde Hair And Grows A Beard, Fans React

Rapper-songwriter Eminem has a look that’s as unforgettable as his songs but it seems like that look is gone now. Eminem leaves his fans in shock as he no longer has the peroxide blonde shade fans know and love. It’s back to natural brown for Slim Shady and also sporting a beard.

Slim Shady Goes Natural

It’s goodbye to blonde and hello to brown for Marshall Mathers III, or more popularly known as Eminem. The artist flaunts his new look in his Instagram post seen below where he’s beside Kendrick Lamar and mentor, Dr. Dre. Eminem’s blonde has been his image for quite some time, but now it looks like he’s in for a change, a brown one at that. The usual clean-shaven rapper now also sports a beard, making him unrecognizable at first glance.

The artist captions his photo with “Just a couple of guys from Compton and one from Detroit. With a beard.” He also hashtags the photo with “the defiant ones” as they were at the movie’s premiere in Los Angeles.

Eminem’s incredible songwriting and rapping skills are the factors that kickstarted his career. It wasn’t easy being a teenage dropout for the artist, but he was passionate about language. Through rap, Eminem took to rap battles to express himself. Dr. Dre, a rapper, and producer discovers Eminem and signs him to Interscope Records Label. This was the start of it all for “Slim Shady” as his popularity gradually began to skyrocket.

Fans React To Eminem’s New Look

Being such a big star, naturally, this just made the internet go crazy. Generations of fans have been speaking up and new memes of the rapper’s look are popping out. One photo features Eminem’s new beard merged with one of his songs, “Mockingbird”, but instead says “Mockingbeard.” But this isn’t the only post about the rapper’s beard, actually, there are tons. With some relating the beard to a rocking next album drop.  
When it comes to his hair color, one fan says that his blonde was so iconic, it should be called “Eminem blonde.” Blonde or Brown, Eminem is still the same Eminem that’s capable of spitting rhymes one after another. If fans are lucky, maybe the change is a sign for an upcoming album. That’s still a question mark for now though.
