EXO Fans Show Love In Fan Art

KPop group EXO has one of the biggest and most loyal fan bases in the world. The number of their followers on Twitter proves this point. The official EXO Twitter account was launched only on July 8, 2017, but in less than two months, the account has already reached over one million followers. That’s amazing! Twitter and Soompi think so as well. To celebrate EXO’s milestone, they have launched a worldwide fan art contest. EXO-Ls can show their love for the group by submitting their fan art on Twitter. Some limited edition prize boxes are at stake.

EXOFanArt Contest

Twitter and Soompi, a leading source in all things K-pop, teamed up to create the fan art contest, which lasts until September 13, 2017. Fans can tweet a photo or digital image of their fan art to @soompi under the hashtag #EXOFanArt.

Then comes the judging stage. Twitter ranks the submitted pieces according to their engagement: their combined number of Likes, Replies, and Retweets. Soompi then judges the twenty fan art pieces with the highest engagement according to originality and creativity. They will then announce the final ten winners on September 15 and reward them with limited edition EXO prize boxes. The boxes contain ultimate fandom packages, like EXO albums, EXO lightsticks, and other amazing merchandise.

EXO-Ls Display Their Artistic Skills

EXO fans are a devoted bunch. As soon as Soompi announced the contest, fan art from all corners of the internet started pouring in. EXO-Ls showed off their talent with some amazing entries. Some art capture the EXO members in poses from their music videos, like Power or Ko Ko Bop. Others show the members performing during concerts. Fans even experiment with different kinds of mediums, from digital art to stencils and even with watercolors.
