Last week’s winner, Xia Vigor, took the stage as her assigned icon this week, Thalia. As usual, viewers are looking forward to another cute and spot on performance from her. What follows is the lineup of assigned icons this week. Sam as John Legend, Lyca as Tina Turner, Alonzo as April Boy Regino, AC as Alanis Morissette, Justin as Steven Tyler, Elha as Andrew E and Awra as Yoyoy Villame. #YFSFTalentedKids Xia Vigor As Thalia Before the start of the competition, host Billy Crawford ran down the ranking of the kids as of last week. Elha leads with 59 stars, followed by Awra with 56 stars. and then Xia with 51 stars. The first to perform is last week’s winner Xia Vigor. Her icon this week is Latina telenovela star Thalia. Despite her singing in another language, she said that her father can teach her how to speak in Spanish. Her father, incidentally, is a Spanish teacher. Ogie gave his comment – he said that Xia had a charisma about her, one that makes other people happy. Sharon on the other hand said she looked like Thalia’s mini-me. She also noted that she gave her all like her other performances. Gary said that she was enjoying herself so those watching her were enjoying watching her. #YFSFTalentedKids Sam Shoaf As John Legend This time around, Sam performs on the piano again as John Legend. Singing his soulful ballad “All Of Me,” Sam gives justice to the song because of his singing ability. Sharon said that it does not take that much movement to perform well and Sam showed this tonight. Gary said Sam focused on one thing – the song and how it felt, which he said was the best part of his performance. #YFSFTalentedKids Elha Nympha As Andrew E When Elha came out dressed exactly like Andrew E, she started rapping “Humanap Ka Ng Panget.” After raiding the energy of the crowd, the judges gave their comments about her performance. Ogie called her “amazing,” and note that she even got the swag of Andrew E. On the other hand, Sharon called her “really talented” not just because of her voice, but also because of her ability to imitate. #YFSFTalentedKids Justin Alva As Steven Tyler During his rehearsal, his vocal and movement coaches gave him a few tips about performing as Steven Tyler. He sang “I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing,” all dressed up like Steven Tyler. Ogie said that he felt the same as Sharon. For Gary, he believes that there is more to expect from him.
