While rehearsing “Otso Otso,” he was having a hard time with the fast pronunciation of the words. He also wished that this performance will earn him another win. After his number that entertained the judges and the audience, Ogie was amazed with Alonzo and how he was able to dance the “Otso Otso” move so well. Judge Gary noted that after his win last week, Alonzo showed better confidence and gave his 100 per cent effort tonight. Sharon congratulated him for a great job. #YFSFBestKids Elha Nympha As Dolly Parton Leading celebrity kid Elha Nympha got an extra challenging icon this week – Dolly Parton. Her song assignment this week is “I Will Always Love You” which was written and first performed by Parton. During rehearsals, Elha admitted that it will be hard for her to stop herself from singing it like Whitney Houston, the version that she knows so well. After her performance, Sharon said that they were impressed with her. She noted that Elha can do whatever she wants and tonight was another spot on performance. Gary called her a real pro because she can do anything with a lot of impact. Ogie said that Elha reminded him of Ariana Grande, who is able imitate other voices. He also noted that she was able to get Dolly’s nuances and moves. #YFSFBestKids Justin Alva As Chris Brown Justin Alva got Chris Brown as his icon this week. Before coming on stage to perform “With You,” he admitted to their vocal coach that he will have a difficult time singing the way that Chris Brown does. He came on stage not only singing like Chris Brown, but also moving like him. Sharon said that Justin’s performance tonight was “nice and cool.” Ogie said that Justin surprised him, with his moves, saying that Justin was a great artist. Gary agreed with Ogie, and added that Justin did his imitation in a very convincing way. #YFSFBestKids AC Bonifacio As Christina Aguilera This week, dance sensation AC Bonifacio transforms as pop diva Christina Aguilera. AC got some tips from their vocal coach about how to manage her breathing during the performance. Their movement coach also said that AC has to be as intense as Christina on stage. After performing “Fighter,” Ogie said that it was so intense and she also did not have any problems making voice sound like Christina Aguilera. Sharon congratulated her for an “unexpectedly amazing performance.” Gary said that he was so impressed with her performance. He noted that she put in the effort and the power in the parts that mattered. On March 12, the rest of the four kids will perform: Xia Vigor, Awra Briguela, Sam Shoaf and Lyca Gairanod.
