Lourdes Duque Baron, also nicknamed Lou Baron, has tons of accomplishments in her life. The multi-talented artist won the Breakthrough Album of the Year at the Los Angeles Music Awards in 2014 for her album Feeling Good At Any Age. Her recognition is enough for her to be part of top artists to walk the Hollywood red carpet. Not only that, she also received a Grammy Awards nomination for one of her songs.
Lou Baron has her songs up on Apple Music and even Spotify, with her latest songs released just last 2016. Her achievements don’t stop there in the field of music, she’s also an author famous internationally.

In 2013, Baron was a nominee for the Sidney Hillman Foundation Award for her book Scripted In Heaven in 2013. In the same year, she was also nominated for the EOTM Awards in the category Outstanding Literary (Inspirational, True Story, Biography) for the same book. Scripted In Heaven won an award in New York at the MoneyCytec Achiever Awards Night 2013. She also has another book titled I Called Myself Cassandra.
That’s not the end of Lou Baron, far from it. Even presently at the age of 70, she’s still living the artist’s dream by continuing her work. She’s still creating music, starring in music videos, and now she’s working on the pre-production of her next project. Her award winning book Scripted In Heaven is getting a feature film adaptation.
