Nine-year-old Filipino American Angelica Hale has yet again impressed the judges of America’s Got Talent. Not just that, she gets the Golden Buzzer all thanks to guest judge Chris Hardwick.

Chris Hardwick to Angelica Hale, ‘You Are The Chosen One’
It was Judges Cuts on Tuesday’s episode of America’s Got Talent. Angelica Hale walked the stage with such confidence in her sneakers and pony tail. Giving a wave to the audience, judge Heidi Klum asked if she was less nervous today as compared to her first time in June.
Angelica said she was a little more nervous this time but was still very excited. When asked what she was singing for the show, the audience gave a loud sigh of excitement when she said, “Girl On Fire” by Alicia Keys.
Angelica truly did not disappoint the moment she sang her first note up until she finished the song. Angelica was indeed on fire piping those tunes like she owned the song. Guest judge Chris Hardwick could not believe what he was listening to. His facial expression throughout her performance says it all. Check the video below.
Right after Angelica’s performance, she belted a loud, “Thank you.” Chris’ jaw dropped and everyone just stood up and gave her well deserved standing ovation. Chris then said, “I’m so blown away because you walk out with your sneakers on, you’re like an adorable little child. You open mouth and like how do those pipes fit in that tiny body. You are unbelievable.”
He then said, “I just feel like,” and the crowd started to cheer almost feeling like Chris would go for the golden buzzer. Chris called Angelica and said, “You are the chosen one,” indeed hitting that golden buzzer.
The 9-year-old Fil-Am shouted in disbelief. Chris went on stage and gave Angelica Hale a hug. A moment Angelica will never forget thanks to Chris Hardwick and all the judges on America’s Got Talent.
