Isabel Granada In A Coma, Suffered Multiple Cardiac Arrests

Isabel Granada is in a coma at a hospital in Qatar on Wednesday, Oct 25. The actress was said to have suffered from multiple cardiac arrests and an aneurysm. Friends and even fans took to social media their prayers for Isabel.

Isabel Granada is not just an actress and singer. According to a wiki profile, she’s also a pilot and an athlete. Isabel is married and has three children. Two of them her stepchildren. She is well known for her roles in “Ana Karen Nina” on GMA and “Got To Believe” on ABS-CBN. She also played Susan Sta. Maria on GMA’s “Meant To Be.” Her last movie was “Fruits N’ Vegetables: Mga Bulakboleros” in 2016.

On Thursday, Isabel posted a photo of her and her husband, Arnel Cowley. Apparently, she and Arnel were celebrating their anniversary and were on a trip together to Doha, Qatar. A few days before that, they were in Abu Dhabi for the opening of Sin Galing Karaoke.

Isabel Granada suffered an aneurysm and multiple cardiac arrests before going into a coma. Her friend Bianca Lapus posted the news on Facebook on Wednesday.

The post read, “I would like to ask for healing prayers for my friend, sis Isabel Granada. She was rushed to the Heart Hospital Hamad Medical Corp. Now at HGH (Hamad General Hospital) in Qatar. I have not communicated with her family yet I’m waiting for updates. But the initial info I got is from our dear Robby Tarroza. According to his post, Isa is in Critical Condition. Massive internal bleeding in the head. Aneurysm. She suddenly collapsed lng daw. So im doing my best to get updates from the people who are there now. Please please she needs prayer warriors now.Thank you also to Michael Soliven a nurse who is there in Qatar now for updating me such a big help.”

She then went on to say, “UPDATE: ISA IS IN A COMA NOW. She was rushed to a heart hospital and status was post-cardiac arrest, but according to the nurse I chatted with in Qatar she was transferred to Hamad Hospital and it’s confirmed she has internal bleeding and aneurysm. She will undergo a major operation anytime now. But according to the respiratory therapist, she had 6 times cardiac arrest. Please let’s Pray for Isa.”
