Isabelle Daza, Alex Gonzaga Clear Up Nonexistent Feud

Alex Gonzaga and Isabelle Daza’s little Instagram comment exchange has left the two stars in hot waters after misconceptions about the exchange appeared. They both took it upon themselves to clear the issue saying it was just a joke between friends. 

On Tuesday, Daza posted a picture of herself prior to giving birth sporting a ‘just got out of bed’ hair. Gonzaga left a comment saying “Sana nagsuklay ka.” Daza responded explaining that she was sporting a messy look. At the end of her reply, Daza said “…but you wouldn’t understand.” with the expressionless face emoji. See Instagram post below. Isabelle gave birth to a healthy baby boy on April 2.

Joking: It’s What Friends Do

Fans were brimming with mixed reactions to the exchange. Before the issue would get out of hand, Alex Gonzaga and Isabelle Daza took it upon themselves to clear everything up.

Alex Gonzaga posted a snippet of one of her past text conversations with Daza. In the conversation, the two are joking with each other about spending Christmas as one family. Gonzaga also wrote, “Yes, kahit jologs siya friends kami.” It can also be seen in the screenshot that Alex Gonzaga’s pet name for Isabelle is “Belle Maldita Daza.”

On the other hand, Isabelle Daza directly addressed those who were making it an issue. On her Instagram story, she wrote: “Please google: the definition of a joke.” However, she didn’t wait anymore.  She did it herself and posted a screenshot of Google’s definition of a joke.

Daza also featured Gonzaga in one of her vlogs last year entitled “How To Be You Po.” The pair can be seen joking and teasing each other as they eat in a restaurant.
