Jennylyn Mercado, My Love From The Star, Steffi Chavez

The Philippine remake of the hit Koreanovela My Love From The Star stars Jennylyn Mercado and new Kapuso star Gil Cuerva. Jennylyn channels Cheon Song-yi of the original series and plays the character of Steffi on the fairly new GMA 7 series. The actress teases fans on what happens to Steffi in its upcoming episodes. “My Love From The Star” premiered on May 29 on GMA’s Telebabad Primetime. Just after one episode, it became an instant hit for its hilarious story line, Jennylyn’s antics, and of course, the actors who were in it. Jennylyn Mercardo’s portrayal of Steffi Chavez, Cheon Song-yi’s character, was so spot on, fans went into a frenzy talking about her impressive acting skills saying no one else could pull it off. Who could ever forget their first encounter in the elevator? Now let’s take a look at how things are for Steffi.

What happens to Steffi in My Love From The Star?

Jennylyn Mercado shares a few things on what happens to her character in the upcoming episode of “My Love From The Star” in an interview with GMA.  She shares how things will get more complicated for Steffi Chavez because of her rival Rachel Andrada played by Rhian Ramos.

The Kapuso actress says she knows that a lot of fans are actually very angry and a lot of rumors are spreading about her. What fans have to watch out for this week is Steffi’s struggle and the events that are coming her way. Jennylyn didn’t get into much details but if Jennylyn says it’s something to look out for, then it probably is something that fans cannot miss at all.

Despite Jennylyn Mercado’s very busy schedule, she’s already planning on spending Father’s Day with her family. Dinner with her loved ones is something she’s looking forward to on this special day.
