Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia finally reveal the title of their upcoming movie. No release date has been announced yet. Although, the Vince and Kath and James stars release its title, Love You To The Stars And Back.

Joshlia shared bits and pieces of what the film was about at a press conference in April. Not much has been revealed then. Only that it was to be a romantic comedy to be directed by Antionette Jadoanee. Julia even hinted on the participation of her “A Love To Last” co-star Ronnie Alonte saying he might not be part of it. Now for the big reveal. Julia Barreto posted on Facebook a photo of her on-screen partner Joshua Garcia holding a clapperboard that says it all. It had the movie title “Love You To The Stars And Back,” director’s name Antionette Jadaone, and director of photography Hermann Claravali. The photo was posted on Instagram on Sunday, July 2, with the caption, “We have a title.” Since then, it’s had around 92k likes.

Joshua, on the other hand, also posted a photo of Julia holding the same clapper both on Twitter and Instagram. The Twitter post earned around 10k likes and around 50k likes on Instagram.

“Love You To The Stars And Back” is about a boy meeting a weird girl who believes in aliens. The boy, Joshua, gets so intrigued by the girl, Julia. He finds her so adorable so then he tries to ride along with the fantasies of Julia only to find out that Joshua also has a weird side.

During the conference, director Jadoane said, “In the process, they will experience in their young age a love that millennials don’t really experience at their age.” She called this type of love, ” a great love.”

The last movie Joshua and Julia had together was “Vince and Kath and James” which became an instant hit. It became the overall top grosser of the Metro Manila Film Festival in 2016 earning 105M. JoshLia also appeared on the Maalaala Mo Kaya episode in February which also became top trending.

With Joshua Garcia and Julia Barreto’s on and off screen romance, for sure JoshLia’s upcoming movie Love You To The Stars And Back will not disappoint.
