Liu a.k.a, Ye Wen, reveals secrets to staying young and fit. Apparently, it’s regular exercise, which she has been doing for the past three decades, weight training every day, and swimming outdoors in winter.
In the report, Yelin shares her experience about swimming in the winter and says, “When everyone was wearing down jackets, I had to strip down to my bikini and dive into the freezing water. I felt as if there were dozens of cuts on my tongue, and when the salty seawater flowed into my mouth, it was unbearably painful.” She said it was a big challenge but a great success for an ordinary person.
