This year and on January 4, the “My Ex and Whys’”actress turns 20. She’s practically a woman now! And she’s celebrating it with her close family members– including her very special rumored boyfriend, Enrique Gil.
Liza Soberano Celebrates 20th Birthday at World’s Oldest Restaurant
In Enrique Gil’s Instagram account, Liza posted a story with the location tag saying ‘Casa Botin.’ It’s regarded as the World’s oldest restaurant according to the Guinness Book of Records. Seemingly, the family traveled all the way to Madrid, Spain to celebrate her 2nd decade on Earth.
In his second Instagram story, the “Forevermore” lead actor recorded Liza blowing her candle and left a message saying: “Happy birthday baby, I love you more than anything in the world.” Talk about sugary sweetness overload! No wonder he’s got more than two million followers. He’s a natural sweetheart. See screenshots below.
Liza’s Early Birthday Celebration: Charity Work
In the last month of 2017, the actress prompted her annual Charity visit that’s been going on since her 18th birthday. On December 16, she visited the San Lorenzo Ruiz Home for the Elderly. Here, she shared a portion of her earnings with old folks and celebrated with them. Fans were eager to post photos, videos from the event. Enrique Gil was also ever present to support his girl’s visit.
And just before 2017 ended, British movie critic TC Candler released his list of “100 Most Beautiful Faces.” And after tailing sixth and second the previous years, Liza finally earned the title of the Most Beautiful face of 2017 as reported by ABS-CBN. Her screen partner Enrique Gil was also part of the list– he was the 61st among the males.
Sweet Birthday Message from Enrique Gil
It’s been about three years since the two paired up for the TV soap opera “Forevermore.” It’s also been three years of the chemistry building up between the two actors. However, they are yet to become official. We’re all just waiting for their parents’ blessings.
Despite this, Enrique did not shy away from calling Liza his ‘forever.’ On an Instagram post, he uploaded a simple selfie of the couple. The caption though was bound to melt any daring heart willing to read. He finished his brief message with an ‘I love you, happy birthday mi corazon.’ Mi Corazon translates to ‘heart’ in Spanish.
Fans on Twitter also gave their well wishes to Liza for her 20th birthday. One fan wished her more projects in the year ahead. Another wished that her last name would turn three letters soon– ahem, ‘Gil.’ Meanwhile, other fans greeted her with praise for winning ‘The Most Beautiful Face’ title.
