Liza Soberano greets her LizQuen fans on their fifth year anniversary on Instagram. The post shows a photo of her on and off-screen partner Enrique Gil in Paris with the infamous Eiffel Tower as their background. Fans have been greeting them non-stop since Tuesday.

Liza started her career modeling when she was just 12. At 13, she had her acting debut in 2011 appearing in ABS-CBN’s “Wansapanataym.” She played a role in Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla’s premier movie, “Must Be…Love,” with Enrique Gil as part of the cast. The movie was released on March 13, 2013.  It was because of this particular film LizQuen was born. The pair’s breakthrough was when they both had leading roles for a romantic comedy series called, “Forevermore” in 2014. In 2015, they were known to be the “breakthrough loveteam of 2015.” Their very first movie together was “Just The Way You Are” released in that same year.

LizQuen 5th year Anniversary, fans greet non-stop

Early morning on Tuesday, March 14, Liza posted a photo on Instagram greeting LizQuen fans. This was to celebrate their fifth year as a loveteam. The photo was captioned, “Happy 5th-year anniversary LizQuens!! Forever grateful for the love you have given us. We love you all.” See post below.

As of writing, the post has had over 200,000 likes and around 2,000 comments. On Twitter, the hashtag #LizQuen5thAnniversary went trending. All these posts had nothing but love and support for Lizquen who have brought joy to their lives the past five years.

On one thread, fans went nostalgic sharing photos, videos, and gif clips of LizQuen on different TV series and movies. See tweets below.

While Liza and Enrique are celebrating five years of being together on screen as LizQuen, their real-life love story is also something fans have been following. Since 2013, the couple was said to be dating but both parties have always said that they were just friends.

In 2017, however, Liza and Enrique revealed a bit more about their relationship. In Liza’s birthday in January last year, Enrique finally said: “I love you.” In February of that year, Liza also said she loved Enrique while doing Fast Talk with Boy Abunda. In June, Enrique calls Liza, “the one.” At one point, Enrique and Liza admitted being in a relationship with no labels.

Once before, Enrique explained that he respects Liza’s parents and respects her as well and is just waiting for the right time before they can really be in a mature and lasting relationship. It’s only a matter of time before Liza and Enrique become LizQuen in real life and we would be counting anniversaries for real!
