The coronation night of Miss Grand International 2016 winners will be announced on October 25 at the Westgate International Theater, Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, US. Miss Grand International 2015 Clair Elizabeth Parker of Australia, will crown one of the 76 contestants from different countries. The finale will be hosted by American actor and producer, Brian J. White.

Whoever wins Miss Grand International 2016 gets $30,000 cash award. She will also participate in events on an international scale.

Miss Grand International 2016 Coronation Night, Miss Philippines Nicole Ignacio Cordoves In Top 20

The show opened with a welcome note by Miss Grand International 2015, Clair Elizabeth Parker. Contestants have just finished their introduction, here’s Miss Philippines Nicole Ignacio Cordoves during her introduction.

Miss Grand International 2016 Top 10 Gives Peace Talks, Miss Grand International 2015 Claire Parker Gives Farewell Speech

Top 10 contenders gave their peace talk one by one. Miss Philippines Nicole Ignacio Cordoves had this to say in her talk.

“I stand here tonight refusing to tell the same story to our next generation…Children do not need to risk their lives.. children should fight for their dreams, not for their lives. Let’s all write a new book one that would finally give the next generation the happy ending they deserve.”

Miss Grand International 2015 Claire Parker of Australia was featured in an AVP after the Top 10 gave their peace talks.  It featured her humanitarian works during the time she had the title. She then gave her speech before turning over the crown to the Miss Grand International 2016.

After Claire Parker gave her farewell speech, Grand International President Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil takes the crown from Claire as Miss International 2015 took her last walk.

Miss Grand International 2016 Top 10, Evening Gown And Question and Answer

The Top 10 contestants went on stage in their Evening gowns after an emotional moment with Miss Claire Parker,. Check out Miss Philippines as she walked on stage with a dazzling silver gown.

After the parade of their evening gowns, the Top 10 contestants were asked to answer who they would choose as President of the United States of America and why. The choices were almost equal as some said Donald Trump and some chose Hillary Clinton.

Nicole Ignacio Cordoves chose Donald Trump. She defended her answer by saying, “Let Donald Trump switch to our side to stop war and violence.”

Miss Grand International 2017 Host Country

Miss Grand International announced the host country for 2017 right before the announcement of winners. The AVP introduction hinted that it was in Asia.

Finally it was revealed that the host country for Miss Grand International 2017 is none other than Vietnam. It will be help October 25, 2017.
