Maalaala Mo Kaya June 24: Ketchup Eusebio Stars As Disabled Trike Driver And Father To Little Tristan Actor

Ketchup Eusebio is Superdad to Justin James.

Maalaala Mo Kaya June 24 episode tells the story of the disabled trike driver, George, played by Ketchup Eusebio. Starring alongside him is La Luna Sangre child sensation Justin James Quilantang a.k.a Little Tristan as one of George’s sons and Empress Schuck as George’s wife, Emily. Looking at the bright side of life, resourcefulness and perseverance in a family is what will make this story one to remember.

Kuya George is a 52-year-old man from Tiaong Quezon who has gone viral because of pictures he took of himself and his trike which he customized himself. He crafted his trike this way after being robbed twice. Until this day, he continues to support his family’s needs as a trike driver and a vegetable vendor.

Kuya George Gets Mysterious Sickness, Causes Paralysis

Kuya George did not start off as disabled. In fact, in his childhood days, he enjoyed that sense of normalcy. He was strong and healthy. However, he gets sick mysteriously causing him to be paralyzed from the waist all the way to his lower limbs. Despite this, he maintains a positive self-image and adapted quite well. Living life with two slippers tied to his knees and another two to support his hands was already something he has been used to.

George was a dreamer amidst discouragement. Even if George’s father, Patricio, prevents him from dreaming of studying, George was persistent. He left home to pursue his studies. It wasn’t easy at all for him. Although he has gotten support through an Adventist, being rejected and wanting to be accepted was part of his life. Once again, his positive outlook in life causes him to develop a good perspective of himself. Soon enough, he gets married and builds a family of his own.

Faith plays a significant role in Kuya George’s life. George vowed to always support his children with what they want to fulfill in life. As a provider, he always makes sure their needs are met. A day came, however, when he was robbed twice of his earnings as a vegetable vendor. Because of this, he decided to secure his livelihood by customizing his trike. He treats these trials as challenges and continues in his faith in God. He continues to live his life to the fullest.
