Maxine Medina After The Miss Universe Pageant, Visits Maguindanao, Cotabato And Sagada

Maxine Medina is up and about traveling around the Philippines making sure she lives up to the title, Miss Universe Philippines. Right after the 65th Miss Universe pageant, Maxine flew to Brunei for a family get-away. When she arrived in the Philippines, Maxine went to the mountainous area of Sagada after a trip to Cotabato and Maguindanao for the Inaul Festival.

Miss Universe Philippines Maxine Medina went to Sagada towards the end of the week with friends and boyfriend Marx Topacio. According to a report by GMA, Maxine and the group went on a hike and made it all the way to the top of a mountain to get enjoy the weather and the view.

Maxine even posted photos of their trip on Instagram. She and her friends entered the Lumiang cave and went out at Sumaguing Cave. Maxine shared a photo of the group and captioned it saying, “Life is meant for good friends and great adventures. Such a challenge but it was fun.”

The group also made sure to bask in the cool waters of the Bomod-Ok Falls and eventually trekked all the way to the top of a mountain which she said was worth it as she saw “the most amazing view.”

Miss Universe Philippines Maxine Medina at the Inaul Festival

Days before Sagada, Maxine visited Cotabata and Maguindanao to attend the Inaul Festival. She stayed at Sitio Maupot Bali Village Magpet North Cotabato and had a tour around the province of Maguindanao.

The Inaul Festival at Maguindanao kicked off on Feb. 9 and went on until Feb. 14. During the Governors Night and Inaul Fashion Show at the Buluan Municipal Gym on Feb. 13, Maxine Medina walked the runway wearing a green and yellow Inaul Gown.
