Today marks McLisse’s first anniversary as an official love team! From the confines of the Pinoy Big Brother House, both Elisse Joson and McCoy De Leon ignited sparks. Now, as part of Philippine Entertainment, the two are making fireworks– and the fans are loving it. For this, it’s highly appropriate for a throwback to five McLisse cutest moments.
5 Cutest Moments of McLisse
1. When McCoy pulled Elisse’s name. A year ago in the same month of July, PBB members were asked by Big Brother to pick a rattan basket and pull the name of their supposed ‘destiny.’ Nonong claims that whoever McCoy chooses will be his ‘meant to be.’ Lo and behold, while everyone bit their lips in anticipation, Elisse’s name popped out in thick letters. The latter certainly looked surprised over the coincidence, meanwhile the housemates went gaga. That day, Elisse and McCoy shared their first hug.
2. MMK Poser. After a long while, we finally see the two in action last June for their Maalala Mo Kaya episode, “MMK Poser.” This story starred Elisse as Rose, who was an over-average admirer of Josh, McCoy. Elisse had to put on her fat suit on this show and McCoy was all in on supporting her all throughout. The episode sent the message of genuine beauty and the truth of insecurity within the young generation today. McCoy even posted a photo on his Instagram account carrying Elisse in her fat suit.
3. Finally out of the PBB house. On their first public look after they got released from the PBB house last year, the housemates performed a dance at Vice Ganda’s Showtime. Elisse says this is the official first time where they really hung out together. When teased by hosts Billy Crawford about their unchanging feelings,’ McCoy says, “Nakilala ko siya. Siya iyong pinakamatapang na babaeng nakilala ko.” The crowd squeals in delight for this, and Elisse smiles sweetly.
4. Guilty or Not Guilty Challenge. Just last month, McLisse participated in the Kapamilya Chat challenge where they were both given cards that marked ‘Guilty’ on one side, and ‘Not Guilty’ on the other. Both were thrown questions about themselves and they had to answer if they were whether or not guilty about it. This 12-minute video reeked of sugar and kilig moments. In fact, the adorable thing about this is that they knew so much about each other, that they knew better of the other than they knew themselves!
One of the funniest answers was when they both showed ‘Guilty’ when asked if they were ‘trying to be cute to their crush’ as of that moment. Very sly, you guys.
5. If We Fall In Love Music Video. Oh yes, one of the sweetest songs ever composed just made a revival. And Elisse and McCoy sang it together. The Official Lyric Video is currently up on Youtube and it’s a delight to watch! It’s got a lot of sticky eyes and cheeky smiles from the McLisse love team.
