The 65th Miss Universe Beauty Pageant on January 30, 2017 is the most anticipated event that will usher in the New Year with such grandeur and grace. The pageant that will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena is particularly special because it puts the Philippines in the limelight.

The good news is, tickets will be ready for purchase on December 20 according to the Department of Tourism. Ticket prices range from $160 (Php 8,000) to $1,000 (Php50,000). Rates on the Miss Universe Tour packages, specifically for OFW’s and other international guests, will also be released within this week.

Miss Universe 2017 Pageant Ticket Price: Only 200 VIP Tickets Remain

General Admission (Php 8,000) and VIP Tickets (Php 50,000) will be available for purchase via the Ticketnet website according to Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo.

Although there are only 200 tickets left for the VIP section because of the reservations done by the Miss Universe Organization (MUO), the public is assured that there still are tickets available for the upper and lower boxes. The rates for these sections will still be announced.

Miss Universe 2017 Tour Packages To Answer Demand Of OFW’s Homecoming

The planned Miss Universe tours will include Manila, Davao, Cebu, Legaspi, Palawan and the other provinces  that will host the pageant’s ancillary events.

In an interview with The Philippine Star, DOT Secretary Teo said that they will be submitting the details on their plans to the MUO and before the end of this week, the packages will be ready.

The Miss Universe Organization Promises A Unique Miss Universe Competition for 2017

MUO President Paula Shugart said that the Miss Universe 2017 pageant will be a better production.  IMG, the current owner of the MUO, loves the Miss Universe brand as well as Miss Universe 2016 Pia Wurtzbach. They are working very hard to have a “great show” next year.

Steve Harvey will be the main host for the upcoming pageant and Shugar said that they will make sure there will no more be any mistakes. His co-host’s name is yet to be announced.

Last year, IMG bought MUO from US president-elect Donald Trump. The MUO includes the Miss Universe, Miss Teen Usa and Miss USA beauty pageants.

Miss Universe 2017 will be held in Manila at the Mall of Asia Arena on January 30, 2017.
