This sparked a party on the social media platform with the hashtag #DDSTwitterparty. Netizens against the blogger also came up with the hashtag #MochausonisOverParty and became number one trending on Twitter nationally. The Twitter suspension is blamed on the liberal party as Mocha insists. Mocha Uson Suspended on Twitter At around 3:30 a.m. on March 9, Mocha Uson announced via a Mocha Uson Live session that her Twitter account has been suspended. She insists that this was the making of the “dilaw”or Liberal party to shut her down. Her Facebook post read, “My Twiter Account is Suspended. Ganito po ka hipokrito ang mga DILAW.” She went on to say how the Liberal party do not like dictatorship but are being dictators on social media. She encouraged other Duterte supporters to fight and said, “Fight fellow DDS members! Those who are under the yellow administration must fight fare. Do not be a dictator.” Since her Twitter account has been suspended, Mocha Uson now uses the account @mochamanager. Using this account, Mocha asked supporters to use the hashtag #restoreMochaUsontwitter to start a campaign to bring back her official @mochaUson account. Mocha Uson Supporters and bashers on Twitterverse Since Mocha Uson’s suspension, Twitterverse went crazy with different hashtags. Mocha sparked the #DDSTwitterparty which was a mix of both pro and anti. Meanwhile, the hashtag #MochaUsonPartyIsOVer went trending on Twitter, who of course, were the voice of those who didn’t support the blogger. Below are some of the netizen’s reactions on Twitter.
