Class suspension on Dec 8, 2017, Friday First off, here are the schools that have suspended classes in observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. These schools include Colegio de San Juan de Letran in Manila, University of Sto. Tomas in Manila, Baliuag University in Bulacan, and Holy Cross of Davao College in Davao. Here now are those that have suspended classes and office work for other reasons. Taguig City celebrates its cityhood anniversary, Agoo, La Union celebrates its 439th founding anniversary, Angeles City observes its 188th founding anniversary, Batac, Ilocos Norte also celebrates its founding anniversary, M’lang, Cotabato province celebrates its Kawayan Festival, and Batangas marks its founding anniversary. Rappler, on the other hand, also reported that Antipolo City also suspended classes and office work in Antipolo. They are celebrating their 426th founding anniversary. In Baguio City, classes are suspended in Saint Louis University. The University of the Cordilleras and the University of Baguio, however, have classes.
