This September, the ABS-CBN “Tawag ng Tanghalan” fans welcome back a lost champion. After almost two months of disappearance and much speculation across the media for his alleged sexual assault case, Noven Belleza is back on “It’s Showtime!” for his little comeback.
On July, the TNT Champion was charged for allegedly forcing himself on a 19-year-old local girl inside his condo unit in Cebu. In terms of their relationship, Noven met her on the set of the “Tawag ng Tanghalan” segment– where the girl was also a contender.

Noven Belleza returns to ‘It’s Showtime’ to talk about his recent controversial rape case
On the September 2 episode of “It’s Showtime,” the Showtime family happily brought back the once “Tawag ng Tanghalan” vocal artist. He seemed to be in good shape, looking as dashing as ever in his suit and wide smile. He even went on to sing a song originally sung by him, “Tumahan Ka Na.”
The Air Supply fan even had an emotional speech saying: “Sa mga Novenatics po, sa mga supporters ko po sa iba’t ibang lugar sa mga OFW maraming, maraming salamat sa pagtulong sa akin, ano pa man ang dumating sa aking pagsubok hindi niyo pa din ako binitawan.”
He also expressed his gratefulness to all those who had supported him in his unusually challenging journey. He states: “Andiyan po sila sa likod ko kahit ano pang mangyari at napagtanto ko po sa sarili ko na nandiyan talaga sila para sa akin.”
According to Noven, he learned a great deal about trust and to whom he should give it to. The artist evidently missed his place under the spotlight. And so did the crowd. Singing his heart out, the crowd cheered for their ol’ TNT favorite.
