Since then, a flurry of different news shocked the fans which brought about some panic from those who have been rooting for them. And after countless news articles, Instagram stalking, and live interviews, Pia Wurtzbach is finally putting her hand down on all the issues about her relationship status.
On Marlon Stockinger’s Past
Now that we are all aware that our racecar driver is actually a daddy of two beautiful twin girls, we are also aware that Kit Barraquias is the mother. In fact, it’s been reported by PEP, that she is currently taking care of them– without the need of financial support from Marlon.
It was way back in 2009 when the twins were born, and during that time, Marlon had only been 18-years-old.
Deleting Instagram Pictures, Marlon Stockinger Unfollows Pia Wurtzbach
Sometime in August, the couple decided to delete pictures of them together on their Instagram accounts– including some fan favorites like their day at the beach. Fans instantly took notice of this and also found out that Marlon unfollowed Pia. And that is a big deal.
After some confusion, a few disheartened cries for love, Marlon had to shut the drama up and posted a photo of them. The caption read: “Nothing’s changed,” plus a winky face. For such a short statement, fans all breathed a sigh of relief. But it wasn’t enough to stop some fans from making theories up.
Pia says they were ‘Taking a Break’
On an interview in the show, “Tonight With Boy Abunda,” last December, Pia Wurtzbach shares that she and her boyfriend, Marlon, never broke up. Unlike the gossip that’s been roaming around saying they broke up and made up again, the Miss Universe 2015 reveals that they were simply ‘taking a break.’
Apparently, being prominent celebrities now with the attention of the audience, the couple decided to keep things more private while they settled themselves. After all, getting the media involved can get a little messy. In the interview, she says:
“I was strategic with our relationship. We would lay low and not post anything (on social media). But it didn’t mean we were on a break. People thought we broke up, but we were just taking a break from all the eyes and ears.”
So fans, y’all can now relax and give both some time to simmer down and work things out the way they want to.
