Raymond Gutierrez weight loss with Anne Curtis, Solen Heussaff and Georgina Wilson’s help In an interview with PEP, Raymond Gutierrez reveals who he ran to first when he decided to lose weight. Apparently, he first went to Anne Curtis’ fiance and Solen Heussaff’s brother, Erwan Heussaff. Thanks to Anne, Erwan, Solen and Nico, Georgina and Arthur, Raymond was able to do what he called the 90-day fitness challenge. The report also says Celebrity fitness trainer Arnold Aninion and nutritionist Nadine Tengco also contributed to Raymond’s weight loss success. His weight loss journey started with a dare which eventually became an everyday commitment. He has inspired many to the point where some people call him their new “fitspiration.” Rufa Gutierrez, Raymond’s sister, was so inspired that she now finds time to work out as well report says. How To Lose Weight according to Raymond Gutierrez “You have to change, in order to change,” says Raymond when he spoke about how he lost 65 pounds. Raymond says when he lived on his own, he only had work and party on his mind which made him forget about his health. He woke up one day, felt so out of shape and just hated himself. He said, “I felt so out of shape and unhealthy, and I just told myself, ‘I’m sick of being fat.” In December last year, he realized a new year was coming and he had to do something about it. He started by celebrating his 33rd birthday by throwing “the most wholesome birthday” at an indoor cycling boutique. Raymond’s exercise routine involved one hour of cardio and another session of weight training. He said he started with three of four times a week which then led to two or three hours every day. He said, “nothing comes easy… It’s all about time management and making time for it.” For Raymond, weight loss was about a change in lifestyle. No more fast food meals, salty foods, and alcoholic beverages. No more rice, beef, and pork. No more late nights out and drinking. He now eats fish, salmon, tuna, vegetables, and potato. Raymond’s secret? He said everybody knows the secret, it was just about committing to it and dedicating yourself. Raymond gave these useful tips. Dedicate time, find a workout buddy.
