After the success of the Galaxy S8 and Note 8, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd is back with their newest installation to the Galaxy S series, introducing the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Right off the bat, we have a 5.8″ Quad HD+ Super AMOLED (2960×1440) and 570 ppi screen for Samsung Galaxy S9. Its infinity display offers a near bezel-less, full-frontal, edge-to-edge screen. It is ‘multitouch,’ is made of aluminum frame and both sides (front and back) are protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The new Samsung Galaxy S9 is available in four colors — Lilac Purple, Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, and Coral Blue. It weighs 163 g with 147.7 x 68.7 x 8.5 mm dimensions.

One of the best features of this phone, which Samsung is really pointing out, is its camera. This latest model of Samsung Galaxy S series has a built-in OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), Selective Focus (background blur effect), and Digital zoom up to 8x camera features.It has a SuperSpeed Dual Pixel and 12MP AF sensor with a stunning dual aperture of F1.5 mode/ F2.4 mode. The front camera has an 8MP AF sensor and F1.7 aperture for clearer selfies. It claims to be ‘The camera that takes beautiful photos in different kinds of light.’ Its dual aperture camera enables the user to capture photos in low light like they were captured in daylight. Its super speed sensor allows the user to shoot at an incredible speed of 960 frames per second.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus

The Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus isn’t just a larger version of Galaxy S9. It offers quite better and higher feature qualities than Galaxy S9. It has a 6.2″ Quad HD+ Super AMOLED (2960×1440) and 529 ppi screen size and resolution. Galaxy S9+ weighs 189 g with 158.1 x 73.8 x 8.5 mm dimensions and has a stunning 6GB RAM with 64/128/256GB memory.

The Galaxy S9+ has a dual rear camera. It also has Dual OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), optical zoom at 2x, digital zoom up to 10x, live focus with bokeh filters (background blur effect), and dual capture which is better than of the S9’s.
