First contender, Marko Rudio. Marko is lola’s boy from Pangasinan. He performed “It Will Rain” by Bruno Mars for his parents and his two very supportive grandmothers. Marko’s dream is to help his family and he hopes joining TNT would help him start that. His mom is a barangay kagawad and his father is a court employee. Marko had to stop school to help his family’s business which is selling pancit malabon.

Judge Erik Santos said Marko did a good job but he wished he could soon find his own voice and identity.

Second contender, Allan Celinto. Allan is family man and business man Cebu. He sells at the market with his wife. This is how they get by. Marko has been joining singing contests since he was young. Now at 39, he sings “Separate Ways” on the TNT stage for the future of his family.

Judge Gary Valenciano said Allan had the voice but he was a bit distracted by his hand gestures. But, he did love his voice and his performance as a whole.

Third contender, Klee Anne Ortiz. Kleeane has been doing gigs in hotels and bars since she was 20. For her, singing is a stress reliever. Klee Anne herself is also going through some things in terms of health as she is epileptic. She joins TNT to prove health isn’t an excuse to reach her dreams. She sang adele hit, “Don’t You Remember.”

Judge Billy Crawford said they were all captivated by Klee Anne’s voice. Judge Nyoy, on the other hand, said they all loved her very much. Smooth, voice, clear, and sexy were the words he used to describe her voice. Ogie also said Klee Anne’s voice was so organic and is so now, meaning current.

TNT Aug 24 daily winner, face-off, and champion. Aug 24 daily winner garnering an average score of 92.4 percent is Klee Anne Ortiz.

For the face-off, Klee Anne sang “Can’t Help Falling In Love” while three-defending champion sang “Love Always Finds A Way.” Who wins this battle?
