He won over Thursday winner Mike Luna from Pangasinan. Today, Philip faces new challengers. Will he get his third win? This forty-year-old ex-telemarketer joined Tawag Ng Tanghalan in January but wasn’t able to make it. After the show, Amor had a lot of offers to sing in events. Now, she sells ‘lutong ulam’ for a living which sustains her and her three kids. Amor sang “Kung Maibabalik Ko Lang” by Julie Anne San Jose. Hurado Jaya noticed Amor was relaxed and confident on stage. Hurado Mitoy said Amor’s song was very sexy and was fit for ‘Seiko Films’ movies. Christopher Pagsinuhin from Sariaya Quezon was the next contender. This 27-year-old farmer farmer lives with his partner. Together, they have three kids. Christopher spends his days farming vegetables and takes care of 28 piglets for a living. He sang “Narito” by Gary Valenciano. Punong hurado Rey Valera said everything was great except for his timing. Last contender on stage was ‘team ye-mama’ Jimma Dulay from Zamboanga City. Jimma is a young single mom. She had Nathan when she was just 16 years old. Jimma had to stop school to help her brother in his yemma business to support the family. She sang “Footprints in the Sand” hoping to win the competition for the future of her son. Hurado Karylle liked her deep voice and how Jimma was able to express herself through the song. Hurado Kyla said she had “goosebumps’ in Jimma’s first few notes but she had to focus on her vocal control. Will she beat defending champion Philip Mancol? Amor sang “Bakit Kaya” to battle Philip Mancol. Philip sang “One Last Cry” by Brian McKnight. Who won the hearts of the judges today?
