Tawag Ng Tanghalan March 1 Episode Review: Tawag Ng Gayahan With Lucky Robles And Jaime Navarro

Tawag Ng Tanghalan became Tawag Ng Gayahan as Vice Ganda called it. Ultimate resbakers Jaime Navarro and Lucky Robles channeled different voices of famous singers like Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, Janno Gibbs and even Punong hurado Rey Valera and Anne Curtis after their performances and it was fun. Rufino Lucky Robles Channels Ogie Alcasid, Jannop Gibbs and Anne Curtis

Rufino Lucky Robles was the first to sing on Tawag Ng Tanghalan’s Mar. 1 episode. He sang “The Search is Over” by the Survivors and he nailed it. He also nailed impersonating the voices of famous singers after his performance.

In Quarter 2 of Tawag Ng Tanghalan, Lucky already shared his voice impersonation talent to everyone. On this episode, Vice Ganda wanted to hear him since it has been awhile since they’ve seen him.

He started with Ogie Alcasid’s voice singing “Nandito Ako.” Vice Ganda named the next artist while Lucky channels them. Vice chose Janno Gibbs, hurado Jaya, went back to Ogie, Janno, Jaya and then shifted to Regine Velasquez and ended with Anne Curtis. And yes, the crowd went crazy after Lucky’s voice impersonation of Anne Curtis.

Jaime Navarro Channels Rey Valera And Ate Gay

Lucky wasn’t the only one who channeled famous singers on the show. He also brought out a talent that the hosts didn’t know about. Jaime sang Basil Valdez’s hit, “Kastilyong Buhangin.”After his performance Vice Ganda joked around and said Jaime had

After his performance Vice Ganda joked around and said Jaime had Basil Valdez’s voice, Rey Valera’s body size, and ate Gay’s look alike. The crowd loved it and Rey can even be heard in the background saying, “Sabi Ko Nanga ba.”

Anne Curtis asked Jaime if he could impersonate Rey Valera’s voice and he said yes. He then sang Rey Valera’s “Kung Kailangan Mo Ako” and it was as if he was Rey Valera himself.

Vice Ganda then asked Jaime to do a bit of Ate Gay’s hand gestures with the famous head nod while singing. Vice also requested Jaime to stress the last words of each phrase in the song until finally he was now channeling Ate Gay. Jaime was such a good sport and actually did a good job at it.
