POPCORN TIME LIVE BLOG, RECAP: On Tawag Ng Tangalan November 11 episode, Jade Castro meets new contenders. The past week has been quite challenging for new contenders. There were around four contestants who were given the signal for the gong this week. Jade Castro was replaced by daily winner Dwight Caliao On Tawag Ng Tanghalan November 11 episode. Dwight is the new defending champion.

Tawag Ng Tanghalan November 11 Performances

First contender on stage was Louise Tolibas from Paranaque. Louise is a band vocalist. She wants to finish her studies and help her parents if she wins Tawag Ng Tanghalan. She sang “Respect” by Aretha Franklin. Hurado Mitoy and Jaya expected more power from Louise.

Next on stage was Jinky Jane Baytan from Cavite. Jinky’s mom is suffering from a heart condition. Jinky is one among nine siblings. She sang the song “Ako Ang Nagwagi.” Hurado Billy Crawford liked his performance but noticed she wasn’t able to give 100%. Jinky admitted she has a bit of a sore throat.

Last contender was Dwight Caliao. Dwight is a seaman and a fresh graduate. He sang “Say You’ll Never Go.” Hurado Nyoy said he was able to hit the high notes of the song. He just needed a little bit of body. Hurado Erik Santos mentioned he liked his voice. He just needs to give more equal importance to all the notes of the song instead of just the high notes.

Tawag Ng Tanghalan November 11 Friday Daily Winner

Friday daily winner is Dwight Oliver Caliao from Mindanao with an average score of 90.8 percent. Dwight sang “Man Who Can’t Be Moved” by The Script. Defending champion Jade Castro sang “Truly” by Lionel Richie to battle Dwight.

Dwight Caliao won the battle against Jade Castro garnering an average score of 93.2 percent. Dwight is now Tawag Ng Tanghalan’s new defending champion.

Tawag Ng Tanghalan airs every Monday to Saturday, 2:00 p.m. on ABS-CBN.
