POPCORN TIME LIVE BLOG: On November 21, Sam beat daily winner Daniel Onahon with an average score of 93.4 percent. On Tawag ng Tanghalan November 22 episode, Sam Mangubat battles new contenders from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Sam forgot lyrics to his song but won over Tuesday daily winner Clark Serafin.

Tawag Ng Tanghalan November 22 Performances

First contender was balladeer Exequiel Duro Jr. from Taguig City. Exequiel was bullied because of his size. But he promises to give a ‘bigatin’ performance on the show. He sang “Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala” by Olgie Alcasid. Hurado Karylle said showmanship was great. Hurado Nyoy said one thing is for sure, he is a performer. His voice was great and he had simple but effective choreography. All in all, it was a really good performance.

Next contender was Clark Serafin from Cebu. Clark is a Radio Jock with DJ name “Bruno Brusko” and a singer. He is a very committed boyfriend and wants to dedicated his performance to his girlfriend. Clark sang “Heaven Knows” during the show. Hurado Rey Valera said he liked his falsetto voice.

Last contender on stage was Jilly Jean Canja. Jilly wants to become a police woman. She also wants to become a famous singer. Jilly sang Lani Misalutcha’s version of “Anak.” Hurado Billy said he liked Jilly’s voice but advised her to watch out for her end notes. Hurado K Brosas said she liked her voice quality but had to choose a more comfortable range for her voice.

Tawag Ng Tanghalan Tuesday Daily Winner

Tawag Ng Tanghalan Tuesday champion is Clark Serafin with an average score of 92.2 percent. Clark sang “Nanghihinayang” by Jeremiah during the one-on-one battle against defending champion Sam Mangubat. Sam sang “All or Nothing” by Otown to battle daily winner for the title. Sam forgot the lyrics to a line of the song but went on to finish his performance.

Hurados had a hard time deciding on the winner of the battle since both didn’t do such a good job.

Hurado Rey Valera Says, ‘Palpak Both Performances, We Chose The Lesser Evil’

Hurado Rey Valera said both performances were ‘palpak’ and that they chose the ‘lesser evil.’ Sam remains Tawag Ng Tanghalan’s defending champion garnering an average score 92 percent. Watch the video right here.
