Tawag ng Tanghalan, Kim Mainit, Janine Luz Baduria

Tawag Ng Tanghalan Monday daily winner Fernando Oller did his best but failed to overthrow defending champion Kim Mainit on October 24 episode. Kim Mainit is now getting attention from social media because of his voice and personality and the fact that he is a volunteer.

Tawag Ng Tanghalan October 25 Performances

First contender was ‘gandarling’ diva Janine Luz Baduria. Janine is a ‘resbaker’ who battled semi-finalist Eumee Capile. 18-year-old Janine from Quezon City sang Beyonce’s “Halo” hoping to have a second chance.

Hurado K Brosas said she deserved to be back on the show. She also said Janine was a complete package. Hurado Karylle on the other hand called her performance ‘hypnotic’ with power and sweetness.

Next on stage was 18-year-old ‘bol-adeer’ Manly Ocampo. He sang “Let Me Be the One” by Jimmy Bondoc. Manly is from Calmba, Laguna. He had to stop school because of financial reasons. Manly wants to make it in Tawag Ng Tanghalan so he can go back to school and finish his studies.

Hurado Rey Valera said his performance was good but commented a little about his timing. Like Janine, he said Manly is also a complete package.

Third and last contender was ‘teach-cheerful’ Mary Erionelle Labastid who sang “Tulak ng Bibig” by Julianne. Mary is currently looking for a stable job but is now trying to reach her dream to become a famous singer.

After her performance, Hurado Rico Jay said he liked Mary’s performance. Hurado Luoie Ocampo added her voice was recording quality.

The judges said all contenders for this episode were equally good and that it was hard for them to make a decision.

Tawag Ng Tanghalan October 25 Tuesday Daily Winner

Contender Janine Luz Baduria is Tuesday daily winner with an average score of 94 percent. To battle defending champion Kim Mainit, Janine sang “Fallin'” by Alicia Keys. This song choice was a good pick since it raises the bar for Kim who has been doing Alicia Keys covers since he joined.Kim battled Janine with the song “At Last” by Etta James.

Garnering an average score of 95.2 percent, Kim Mainit remains as Tawag ng Tanghalan’s defending champion.

Tawag ng Tanghalan sa Showtime airs at ABS-CBN every Monday to Saturday, 1:30 p.m.
