Reports say Laspiñas was aboard a motorcycle on his way to Barangay Buruan when a pickup truck collided with his bike. Mark won as daily champion on It’s Showtime’s Tawag Ng Tanghalan on November 3. He won over long time ex-defending champion Carlmalone Montecido and lost to theater actor Gerhard Pagusan on November 4. Mark and his wife are separated. He joined Tawag Ng Tanghalan hoping to have a better life and give more to his kids. Mark Laspiñas Injured In Motorcycle Accident Emergency responders found Mark Laspiñas unconscious lying under a pick-up truck according to ABS-CBN. He had some bruises and a deep laceration on the left thigh. Mark went through surgery on Monday, November 14 and is now trying to recover. Report further said that the truck driver paid for all Mark’s hospital bills. Laspiñas will not be pressing any charges against the driver. Mark will be claiming his prize for the famous TV show.
