The Fate Of The Furious Official Trailer, Family No More

The ‘Fate of the Furious’ official trailer opens with the family in action on a car chase. The full cast and crew of the Furious 7 are still in play on the new installment: Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson,  Ludacris, and Lucas Black.

The enemy on this franchise is Charlize Theron and the character of Vin Diesel, Dominic Toretto. In the trailer, it seems Dominic turned his back against his family. Charlize is described as ‘the definition of high tech terrorism’ and has Dominic on a leash. It is now up to ex enemies Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) and Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) to save what’s left of the family against Dominic (Vin Diesel).

The Fate of the Furious is directed by F. Gary Gray who has worked with Charlize Theron in ‘The Italian Job.’

The Fate Of The Furious, Movie Without Paul Walker

The Fate of the Furious is the first movie without Brian O’Conner played by the late Paul Walker. Paul was a racing enthusiast in real life. On November 2013, Paul Walker died in a car accident. The song “See You Again” by Whiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth in the Furious 7, was a tribute to the actor. Paul was halfway through the film then.

In Furious 7, Brian (Paul Walker) and Mia (Jordana Brewster) were still both in the film but towards the end, they were known to have ‘retired from the game.’ Fast and Furious was able to bid goodbye to Paul Walker’s character, and is now taking on #F8 with old and new characters.

Twitter reacts to what the new film will be like without Paul Walker.
