In this next new episode, Danielle Panabaker’s Caitlin Snow needs help exploring her Killer Frost alter ego. DC Comics fans have been waiting for this arc to unfold for real. The Flashpoint timeline is finally making it happen, but Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen has yet to know what is going on let alone what happens next to Dr Snow. Spoiler alert: This update contains The Flash Season 3 spoilers. The Flashpoint in the third season premiere changed a number of characters. Many of them now have either new or enhanced superpowers. The Flash Season 3 Spoilers: Dr Caitlin Snow, Flashpoint and Killer Frost Barry thinks the Flashpoint timeline he created when he saved his mother from Reverse Flash had little effect on Caitlin Snow. All Barry knows is that Dr Snow is an ophthalmologist in Flashpoint. In Flash 3×4, however, Caitlin does not seem ready to reveal her superpowers to anyone. The final scene is likely to change her stance on the matter. The episode synopsis of “The Flash” Season 3, Episode 5 reveals that Caitlin is set to see her mother, Dr Tannhauser (guest star Susan Walters), to get some understanding about her super abilities. Their dynamic is not easy for Caitlin, who will not feel great amid her mom’s required lab tests. Tom Cavanagh as Earth-19 Harrison Wells: Real Ally or Evil Villain? Meanwhile, Harry Wells (Tom Cavanagh) of Earth-2 and his daughter Jesse Quick (Violett Beane) have bid the S.T.A.R. Labs goodbye in Flash 3×4 (“The New Rogues”). Before leaving, Harry designed a way to find another doppelganger from the multiverse to help the team. They found a rather quirky version of the scientist from Earth-19. Fans are now wondering if this third Harrison Wells is an ally or an evil villain. The good news is there will be more Cavanagh in the series from this point on. The new Harry Wells is not the only mysterious character in “The Flash” Season 3. Metahuman forensic analyst Julian Albert (Tom Felton), who was introduced in Episode 2 (“Paradox”), is not revealing a lot about himself just yet. “I don’t like things that I don’t trust,” Julian told Barry in Flash 3×2. In the next new episode, however, Barry (despite their mutual dislike) would have to ask him a favour. “The Flash” Season 3, Episode 5 (“Monster”) was written by Zack Stentz and directed by Kim Miles.
