Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards continued the streak they had in the Summer of 2015 for daily trending topics on the noontime show “Eat Bulaga.” Meanwhile, “It’s Showtime!” host Vice Ganda dominates the top male user category. Micro-blogging website Twitter is one of the celebrities go-to social media platform. It’s simple, easy, and does not need much maintenance, unlike other websites. In the Philippines, Twitter plays a vital role in the relationships between celebrities and fans because it is a venue to connect with their idols. Twitter Philippines Chart: January to April 2018 Although AlDub dominated the list for top couple user, Kisses Delavin took home two out of five spots. KissTon landed on the third spot and DonKiss ended fourth. KissTon is her loveteam with Pinoy Boyband Superstar Tony Labrusca. DonKiss is her loveteam with MYX VJ Donny Pangilinan. The tandem MayWard or Maymay Entrata or Edward Barber’s loveteam ended on the second spot. JaDine, formed by James Reid and Nadine Lustre settles for the last spot on the list. Twitter Philippines also revealed the top teleseryes on Twitter. Leading the list is the KathNiel hit “La Luna Sangre.” Followed by LizQuen’s controversial teleserye, “Bagani.” Lily Cruz, or should we say Maja Salvador made it to the cut with “Wildflower.” Meanwhile, GMA’s “Kambal Karibal” and Sherlocke Jr. settles for the fourth and last spot. For the leading female users, Maine Mendoza leads the list. Along with her are Maris Racal, Loisa Andalio, Maymay Entrata, and Kathryn Bernardo. Meanwhile, the leading male users are Vice Ganda, Donny Pangilinan, Alden Richards, James Reid, and Hashtags member Ronnie Alonte.
